Contractors vie for £1.6bn modular framework

Firms given until end of next month to register interest in public sector scheme

Contractors have been put on notice for a £1.6bn modular construction framework advertised on Contracts Finder, the UK’s post-Brexit answer to the Official Journal.

The deal, which is being procured by NHS Shared Business Services, is set to run for four years and can be used to procure a range of public buildings, including housing.
