Completions up at Codi Group

Newly-amalgamated and rebranded Welsh landlord increases turnover and surplus

Codi Group has reported an 18% increase in completions.

The 24,000-home Welsh provider, in its annual financial statement, said it built 652 homes in the year to 31 March 2026, up from 554 the previous year.

The provider, which was formed through a merger of Linc and Pobl in 2024, now has a pipeline of 3,389 homes.
