Housebuilders are returning to work and there’s lots of talk about adapting to a new normal, whether that’s now during lockdown or in a more socially-distanced world.

There’s an acceptance that many uncertainties remain and, reasonably, we can only speculate about how social housing development projects will successfully restart and remain operational in the face of some many unknown variables.
