As we enter conference season with MIPIM and Housing Brighton just finished and UKREiiF on the horizon, everyone is preparing their observations, commentaries and narratives on the state of the market.
If recent news stories are to be believed, this government has suddenly woken up to the fact, obvious to anyone who has a passing interest in the residential sector, that the much-vaulted target of 1.5 million homes in this government term is just not achievable.
