Do you ever wonder what younger people in housing are really thinking? Well now we know. December saw the culmination of almost two years of work to launch CIH Futures’ The Voices of the Future report, delivered by Altair. This report draws on the views of more than 900 young housing professionals, the first and largest study of its kind. Their message to our leaders is clear: they are passionate about social purpose, committed to communities, and ready to build long, meaningful careers. But – they face certain challenges and barriers that require action.
