Residents and colleagues in the social housing sector want strong leadership. Not just on compliance, governance or regulation – but on culture. If we’re serious about responding to expectations and driving meaningful culture change, tackling the stigmatisation of social housing residents must be a central pillar of this leadership. But to do that effectively, we need to look at the ‘how’.
