During the past 12 months, the Westminster government has continued to push forward with reforms intended to make our housing system fairer, safer and more reliable. It has been one of the most active periods for housing policy in recent years, with ministers signalling a clearer focus on accountability, standards and delivery, while also committing to a long-term housing strategy.
