Major change is needed to stop local needs being ignored by national planning

Currently, my allegiance towards any political organisation or individual with anything sensible to say about constitutional reform is probably stronger than my allegiance towards the Conservatives, even though I have been a party member for more than 20 years. 

The continuous battles the industry has to deliver the nation’s housing needs are a perfect example of why I think reform is needed.
