In housing, we are often forced to confront a difficult truth: many of the pressures experienced by residents sit outside our direct control. The rising cost of living, insecure work, poor health and reduced household resilience are all realities that housing providers see first-hand every day. What is within our control, however, is how creatively and responsibly we use the assets we have, to support the individuals and their families who live in the homes we manage.
