At the beginning of March, I attended the annual CIH Scotland Housing Festival - a vital event in the Scottish Housing calendar. The jam-packed schedule provides a long list of opportunities for housing professionals and tenants to learn, share knowledge, and delve into national and local topics.
However, outside of the festival the harsh reality of the housing crisis rages on.
