On the eve of the UKREiiF real estate investment event in Leeds, Richard Cook reflects on what needs to happen afterwards
As UKREiiF returns to Leeds, I have been reflecting on what meaningful investment really looks like.
We are serious about delivery.
More than 13,000 people, many of whom are involved in housing, attended UKREiiF, each of them passionate and determined to make an impact. But the scale of the housing emergency is now so vast that for every expected delegate at the event, there are two people waiting for a home Leeds itself. The local housing register currently stands at 28,000.
