The social housing sector is in a new era of regulatory expectation. At the heart of this is the competence and conduct (C&C) agenda, which sets out the knowledge, skills, and behaviours expected of housing professionals. Ensuring these requirements are embedded across organisations is critical – and culture is the driver that makes them real in practice.
