Saying ‘build baby build’ is not a policy, we need fundamental structural change to housing, writes Richard Jones

I recently watched the Panorama programme, “The Race to Build 1.5 million Homes” and must admit to being somewhat frustrated. Although the programme did contain a lot of relevant facts and observations the conclusion reached was one of it being a hard target to achieve, but a government committed to doing so.
