Codi Group releases notice for £400m Welsh housing framework

Wales’ largest housing association plans to deliver more than 4,500 homes over the next five years

Codi Group has released an advance notice for a construction framework worth up to £400m to drive forward plans to build thousands of homes across Wales by the end of the decade.

The housing association released a planned procurement notice last Friday, with an official tender expected to be published on 23 February 2026.
