Ebbsfleet Development Corporation is almost five years into its anticipated 20-year programme and has so far guided the delivery of nearly 2,000 homes, two primary schools, a food store, pub and hotel. 

Alongside homes, EDC is charged with overseeing the creation of a rounded community with 30% affordable housing, a commercial city centre, in excess of 30,000 jobs, at least six schools and 48 parks and open spaces.
