Bromford Flagship completions dip but pipeline stands at 6,500 homes
Newly-merged landlord increases surplus as it aims to be largest developer of social rented homes
Bromford Flagship has announced it completed 1,770 homes in 2024/25.
The figure is 9% lower than Bromford and Flagship combined built in the previous year before the pair merged to create an 80,000-home group in February.
The group in an unaudited trading update however said it has had a successful year “despite a challenging economic backdrop.”
