Shared ownership sales dip and operating costs rise for Bedford-based landlord

Bedfordshire housing association BPHA has posted a £20.1m surplus for 2024/25.

The 20,000-home provider, in its audited financial statements, revealed it has moved back into surplus after making a deficit of £1.5m the previous year due to £22.7m in one-off refinancing costs.
