The new prospectus outlines 10 development sites across 35 plots, targeting long-term investment near HS2 Curzon Street

Birmingham city council has published a new investment prospectus for Digbeth, setting out proposals for 6,652 homes and 310,527 sqm of commercial space across 10 sites.

The council is seeking development partners, investors and occupiers for the sites, which are in various stages of planning and delivery. Several plots have outline or full planning permission. Most are located near key infrastructure including the planned HS2 Curzon Street station and the Eastside Metro extension.
